Mini notes are notebooks and laptops that are half the size of traditional machines, but incredibly powerful and ultra-portable. They are exploding in popularity in four markets:
- Rural areas around the globe that are cut off from new sources of information such as updated textbooks and up-to-the-minute news turn to these devices to solve these problems.
- Many poor areas have both the above problem and also the problem of families not being able to afford a full fledged computer.

I had a Mac Book for more than three years. I have not had big problems with the computer itself, with the exception of a couple of things. LCD brightness is a tad dim to me, but when using it all day, barely notice it much. Another thing is battery life. I do not have much experience with other laptops, but the battery Mac Book seems to die very quickly, which sucks when you're traveling. But overall, I think Apple MacBook Pro has proven to be very versatile machine, it includes everything you would really need a notebook. I prefer to choose a PC, however, as Apple has increased the prices too much for something that can be manufactured in much the same value.

Great Computer, nice sleek design. The keyboard is very smooth even with the backlight on the keyboard. The battery is not so experienced. Became longer than is really over. The battery is about 4 or 5 hours. Its also a nuisance to the wireless network, using each time the computer goes to sleep, I can access the network. The computer will not remember the network - so almost flawlessly.

After using Mac and loved since 1987, is a partial revision. The screen is bright and lively, the construction of the case, it is beautiful. The backlit keyboard is superb, and the multi-touch trackpad is a pleasure to use. It is also much faster than my old iMac 2 years. I love this new laptop.
